Scene - In the extended Two Towers Eowyn makes some soup for Aragorn. After tasting it he's just about to spit it out when she turns to him to ask how he likes it. His facial expression is absolute genius.

That same scene after the fall where the horse nudges him awake is pretty cool too.
That last kiss scene is great because we know the tragedy of their relationship so it was cool to see. (Yep, I'm a hopeless romantic at heart...)
I'd have said 'all of it' too.
Also Aragorn's quote to Theoden "Open war is upon you, whether you wish it or not" is a cool moment.
This weekend I will definitely check them out again 
Do you have the extended versions? There's a lot of extra footage in the extended version of Return of the King that's well worth a look.
I like the sub-plot between Eowyn and Faramir, it really helps to tie-up both of their stories (and explains why they're standing together looking happy during Aragorn's coronation)

The sub-plot was cool, in fact all the extended scenes made sense and added to the depth of the story. I love 'em.

By the way, did you watch all the behind the scenes footage on the extended versions? They were just as good as the films! I loved 'em. 
I've watched everything on the 12 DVDs, I was on maternity leave with my youngest son when I got them!
I love the commentaries, Billy Boyd and Dominic Monaghan are hysterical

I'm ashamed to say I haven't checked out the commentaries yet. Even now! That goes for most of my stuff. That is a situation that has to be rectified.
There are a few to choose from for each film but I recommend the cast one with the hobbits on it, Sean Astin and Elijah Wood are far too sensible but the others are really funny.
There's a whole story about a practical joke that they played on Elijah (I think) and it's brilliant!
My favourite quote is the Aragorn to the remaining members of the group in return of the king - simply 'For Frodo'.........and into battle, brilliant. I was in maternity clothes watching these as well!

I love the bit where Aragorn has managed to survive his fall into the river and he comes back to Helm's Deep and pushes open the double doors into the hall - talk about a hero moment!
I also love it when Aragorn has just been crowned and he doesn't know Arwen is there, when she appears from behind the banner his face is amazing (The kiss looks pretty good too!)
